Khoja’s Return & Exchange Policy
KHOJA is a UK-registered company with manufacturing and fulfillment based in Pakistan. All purchases are governed by UK commercial law and Pakistani fulfillment regulations. EU/EEA withdrawal rights do not apply
At KHOJA, we believe in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that sometimes, things might not work out as planned. That’s why we’ve made our return and exchange policy as simple and straightforward as possible.
7-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns are only accepted if:

The item is damaged upon arrival

The wrong item was delivered
To qualify, the item must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

Unaltered (no tailoring, adjustments, etc.)

In original packaging with tags attached

Free of marks, stains, odors, or signs of wear
Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval.
Proof Required for Damages
All defect/damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Unboxing video (recommended)

Visible packaging and product condition
Claims without proof may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
These items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will be rejected if:

Tags are missing or tampered

Item is worn, washed, or altered

Item has perfume, deodorant, makeup, smoke, or body odor

The item is damaged due to customer handling

The product is returned without approval
Unauthorized returns may be sent back at customer expense.

If approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship your item back.
Items sent to us without approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
KHOJA does not provide return shipping labels.

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and VAT are non-refundable
Use a trackable shipping method.
Delivery Issues
Report missing or damaged parcels within 24 hours of delivery.

To exchange an item:

Refunds

Chargeback & Fraud Protection
Chargebacks filed outside our return process are treated as fraudulent activity.

Customers filing invalid chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.

Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without approval or that fail inspection standards will be declined.
