Every KHOJA piece moves through the same five stages in our Lahore workshop before it's ready to ship.

DESIGN
Each collection starts on paper — silhouette, material, and detail decided before a single cut is made.

PATTERN
The design becomes a pattern, tested and adjusted against the body before it's approved for cutting.

CUTTING
Leather and fabric are cut by hand, piece by piece — not stamped by machine.

CONSTRUCTION
The garment is built: stitched, structured, and assembled by the same hands throughout.

FINISHING
Every seam, zip and edge is checked before the piece is approved to leave the workshop.

This is slower than mass manufacturing. That's the trade we've made — five stages, one workshop, no shortcuts.
