The Workshop
Everything KHOJA makes passes through our workshop in Lahore. There's no factory, no third-party manufacturer — six pairs of hands, decades of leather craft between them.
Leather is cut by hand. Denim is finished by hand. Every embroidered detail, every zipper, every stitch is checked by a person before it's checked again.
This is slower than mass manufacturing. It's meant to be. A hand-finished piece carries small variations — a stitch line that isn't machine-perfect, a slightly different drape from one piece to the next. We don't consider that a flaw.
Small batches cost more and take longer to produce. That's the trade we've made. In return, every piece that leaves this workshop has actually been touched by the people who made it.
We ship worldwide. The work stays in Lahore.
