Worldwide Shipping
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed. We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $250. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available for orders within Lahore only. All other orders are shipped worldwide and paid in full at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
You have a 7-day window to return or exchange your order, starting from the day it's delivered. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.
To start a return, email us at contact@khoja.co or message us on WhatsApp at +44 7761 873668. We'll walk you through the process from there. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. You'll get an email once it's done.
