Every KHOJA piece starts in the same place: a family workshop in Lahore, run today by the same family that opened it in 1980. No factories, no mass production line — just two generations of the same hands doing the cutting, stitching, and finishing.
The Workshop in Lahore
Long before KHOJA had a website, it had a workshop. That's still where everything begins. Leather is cut by hand. Denim is finished by hand. Every embroidered detail, every zipper, every stitch passes through someone who has been doing this for years, not a machine running the same pattern a thousand times.
Hand-Cut, Hand-Finished
This is slower than mass manufacturing, on purpose. A hand-finished garment carries small variations — a stitch line that isn't machine-perfect, a slightly different drape from one piece to the next. We don't consider that a flaw. It's the difference between something made for you and something made near you.
Why We Don't Restock
Because every piece is cut by hand in limited numbers, once a size sells out in a given run, it's gone. We won't pretend to restock something we can't remake exactly — that's part of what "limited, numbered run" actually means at KHOJA, not just a phrase on a product page.
