Extensive experience in Human Resources Management in different sectors & different areas of expertise including HR department startup & Restructuring. In my position in Spreamisr, Subsidiary of EK Holding, I participated in starting up the HR department, then in my previous position in Setcore Petroleum Services, my responsibilities included design of Total Rewards Strategy to support Setcore strategy and launching the Performance Management System. As the HR Head of Concrete, with my team, I took the charge of starting up the HR department and led the corporate culture change.
